Ages accepted: School age 5-12 years old. (Children under 5 are NOT accepted due to school age licensing requirements).
Hours of operation:
- Morning: 7:15am to start of bell
- Afternoon: School bell to 6:00pm

Mornings

$325/month

Afternoons

$350/month

Full Day

(Non-School Days)

Registration Forms

We believe in supporting our community and making quality childcare accessible. Therefore, we offer discounts for siblings, military families, child care staff, and TPS employees, along with income-based tuition waivers. Additionally, we are committed to ensuring that no child is denied access due to financial constraints.

Complete Your Registration Forms Online

Required Forms

ALL 4 FORMS MUST BE COMPLETED (bank authorization, immunization, parent handbook, and registration) WITH NO BLANKS! If you are registering more than one child, please fill out a separate form for each child.

Supplemental Forms

Fill out these forms only if you are enrolling for non-school days or winter break.

Additional Medical Forms

If your child has a long term health concern that may need medication or special consideration. These forms aren't required by all parents.

Once you fill out these forms, a PDF will be generated and sent to us for review. We will ensure all information is correct and complete. This efficient process ensures your child's registration is handled promptly and accurately.

Please allow 1-2 weeks to process your registration after all forms are submitted. You will be contacted by Prime Time once your child can start attending the program.
