Lowell Site Director - 3 years

“Prime Time is a unique organization that not only centers quality programming, but also quality of staff support in many ways. Our wages are incredibly competitive in the field, and we get generous bonuses and paid time off. Our staff feels like a family, and we always support and look out for each other. This can look like covering for someone if they need time off, writing lesson plans together, or collaborating on any problem-solving. Our weekly staff meetings are a great time for reflection on ourselves and our programming, communicating openly about fresh ideas, and I always feel heard by my colleagues and Director.”

“I've been working at Prime Time for almost 4 years and it is easily my favorite job! I love working with the kids and have learned so many new things about not only working with and relating to the students, but I feel like a lot of what we do here has helped me grow and learn new things about myself. Aside from working with the kids, one of my favorite things about working for PT are the split shifts. I tend to have a lot going on in my life outside of work and being able to have that break in between allows me to get things done without having to either take time off of work or feel super rushed in the evenings. It also allows me to have some time to myself to just breathe and relax so I don’t have to carry any stress into the afternoon session with the kids.”
